Disability Support Worker Specialists

Our team on the Sunshine Coast are looking for support specialists experienced with providing high intensity supports. Multiple part-time positions available with great rates and benefits.

 

STAFF REFERRAL SCHEME

Staff of 121 Care, Colville House, Colville Lodge, Guardien Group and Suncoast Integrated Therapies are encouraged to refer friends, colleagues and family for vacancies in the organisation. You can do so by sharing all vacancies on your social media accounts or via email. You can also email our HR team at: hradmin@121care.org.au with the CV of the candidate you’re referring.
If your candidate is successful, you will be eligible for a:
* $100 payment on appointment
* $100 on successful completion of six-months of service.
To receive payment, you must be in the employee of 121 Care or any of its affiliated businesses at the date of each milestone.
If your candidate applies directly, ask them to quote your “[NAME] – Referral Program” in their application to ensure recognition is received.

SENDING AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

We are always actively looking to fill short-term casual or permanent roles at Guardien Group, as well as  121 Care, Colville Lodge and Colville House.

The roles within each vary from a disability support worker to cleaner, cook as well as administration. Please take the time to read through what the requirements and the services offered at each of the entities are, prior to sending through your expression of interest (EOI) letter and resume.

In your EOI letter please include the type of role you’re interested in, your availability (days and time) as well as any visa restrictions if applicable. In your resume, please ensure you list all relevant qualifications and work experience applicable to the position you’re interested in. We will contact you if there is a vacancy suitable to your availability, eligibility, skills, qualifications and experience.
