There is an opportunity for  passionate and experienced support workers to join our SILs team on the Sunshine Coast on a full-time basis.


Support Workers – Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We are looking for twopassionate, experienced, and reliable support workers to join our team in Redland Bay and Logan are on a casual basis. 


We are always actively looking to fill short-term casual or permanent roles at Guardien Group, as well as  121 Care, Colville Lodge and Winston House.

The roles within each vary from a disability support worker to cleaner, cook as well as administration. Please take the time to read through what the requirements and the services offered at each of the entities are, prior to sending through your expression of interest (EOI) letter and resume.

In your EOI letter please include the type of role you’re interested in, your availability (days and time) as well as any visa restrictions if applicable. In your resume, please ensure you list all relevant qualifications and work experience applicable to the position you’re interested in.
